Madisyn has spent the better part of her career behind a bar crafting cocktails, but cooking has been her lifelong passion. Her mom taught her how to cook and bake starting when she was a child and she has continued to cultivate those skills throughout her life. At the UW, she studied sustainability which inspired her to combine her love for food, wine and hospitality with her commitment to community-building and sustainability.
